- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
- Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
- Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently
- Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
- Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments
- A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
- You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
- Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
