We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided.

Strength of character, leadership, and ambition carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience. We have excellent opportunities for recent graduates and we encourage applicants who are seasoned sales professionals seeking a new, more lucrative industry in which to sell.

Responsibilities
  • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
  • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers

  • Produces sales reports monthly and quarterly to ensure all sales goals are met
  • Create and maintain a customer database to ensure organization and follow-up
  • Practice and become proficient at using scripts to overcome objections and deliver the team's value proposition to customers so they can identify our company's values ​​and integrity
  • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
  • Collect and rate customer information before moving forward in the sales portfolio so our agents can provide an organized and efficient sales process

Qualifications
  • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
  • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Decisive and proactive in the sales process

  • Have or be in the process of obtaining a valid Real Estate License
  • Passionate about selling
  • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place, and your time management skills are correct
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach
  • Technologically competent and capable of learning new programs with ease

Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
