Supreme Auctions is looking for a sales-driven, energetic, reliable, organized individual to expand, manage, and service an ongoing luxury real estate sales pipeline for our growing company. You must be a licensed realtor to be considered!

You will build successful internal and external relationships, create and nurture new prospects through one-on-one interaction, networking, telecommunications and online platforms, with goals that include maximizing lead generation and increased sales transactions.    

Training will be provided to apply current sales strategies to help increase new client acquisition, increased sales and business referrals.

Income potential - a multiple six-figure compensation is doable for the right person. No ceiling on income.


  • First point of contact in handling on-site property inquiries.
  • Coordination of auction specific events and provide excellent service with immediate, prompt response time.
  • Collaborate with other support staff and specialists in an effort to continually improve the client experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written at all times. 
  • Overall responsibility for compliance to all operational policies related to the auction sales process. 
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls/emails. 
  • Manage the sales pipeline for your book of business using nationally-recognized CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to address questions and objections; nurturing them to close sales.


  • Must be a licensed real estate agent to be considered for this role.
  • Extensive travel - requires you live at the location of the home sale for 5 consecutive weeks. 
  • Energized by an open-ended compensation plan.
  • Does not shy away from heavy phone calling and prospecting.

$100,000 Commission Based
