Leads: We partner with the best lead-generation sources to put warm leads in your lap. Expect 15-20 leads per month from us so you can build your book of business!

Mentoring & Training: Our 1-on-1 mentor program is designed to give you all the tools you need to learn the business, convert leads into clients, and gain market knowledge and expertise. Our agents graduate from our mentor program fully ready to write offers for clients and bring them to the closing table. Our ongoing training and open-door policy mean you're never at a loss for guidance.

Office Admin & Support: Your job is to convert leads and close deals. We make it easy by taking administrative responsibilities off your plate! Our transaction coordinator manages our deals from contract to close so you're not bogged down by the minutiae of those tasks. You're free to meet more clients and close more deals.

• Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
• Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
• Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations

• Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills

• Must have a valid Real Estate License, or be in the process of obtaining one
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
