We’re in search of a detail-oriented real estate office manager to oversee our daily operations. You'll be in charge of agent onboarding, training, event and meeting planning, and ordering office supplies.

This position will also be responsible for our transaction management; assisting our agents and their clients from pre-listing to contract to close including ongoing communication with everyone involved with the transaction.

• Manage office procedures and administrative duties to make sure the office runs smoothly
• Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment
• Plan real estate team meetings/events and update calendar appointments
• Train and onboard new real estate agents
• Listing coordination
• Coordinate the creation of marketing material with 3rd party marketing vendors
• Transaction Management: collect and organize documents, utilize checklists, manage various stages of the transaction, closely check all documents for completeness and ensure they are loaded into our back-office system, communicate with all parties involved (agents/ /insurance/title/inspectors/lenders, etc.) and ensure all details are correct for compliance for agents to be paid

• Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Internet skills especially Google's online suite
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
• Ability to document and follow company processes especially those regarding real estate transactions
• Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Additional duties as required by business need
• Real Estate experience, especially transaction management experience, a huge plus
