We are looking for an Operations Manager who will cultivate a professional image and maintain a sense of ownership in all that they do—an organizational leader who will manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. Do you possess a sense of decorum and social intelligence? Are you a “people person” who values client relationships, who knows when and how to say no, but would rather say yes? 

Location/commute: Candidates should have no more than a 40-minute commute to the office in morning traffic. A car is preferred but not required.

Type of employment/hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday. Occasional flexibility on evenings and weekends required. 

Compensation: Up to $85,000 compensation target, commensurate with experience. (Salary + override on team performance).

Responsibilities

This role will play an active role in the transaction process, pays attention to the details, and knows how to prioritize their responsibilities without direction. 

Also, the ideal candidate will be engaged in collaborating and executing, working side by side with our Marketing Director. Our client seeks someone who will put the needs of their agents first and handle all communication with a polished etiquette and finesse.

  • Coordinate with vendors 
  • Be responsible for supplies and office inventory
  • Inputting and updating the MLS
  • Oversee the Client Relationship Management System, gathering any missing details
  • Building excel lists for marketing efforts and client retention
  • Gather disclosures for buyer/seller
  • Write counter-offers, listing agreements, and purchase agreements
  • Double checking, even triple checking, making sure none of the details are overlooked

Qualifications

Desired traits: 

Operations Managers with prior real estate experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply. Applicants seeking a position as a stepping-stone into sales—this is not the job for you.

  • Demonstrated success working with and supporting high performing sales teams and/or executives.
  • Excels at managing expectations; errs on the side of under-promising and over-delivering, hardworking, diligent and ethical.
  • High degree of self-awareness – can clearly communicate his/her strengths and weaknesses.
  • A client service sensei – has a heart for client service excellence.
  • Proactive and able to work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary.
  • Thick-skinned and knows the importance of learning from your mistakes.

Required experience and knowledge: 

  • Residential Real Estate Expertise
  • Previous operations and/or transaction coordinator experience
  • G Suite, Microsoft Excel, importing and exporting data 
  • CRM

Compensation
$85,000 compensation target, commensurate with experience. (Salary + override on team performance).
