We’re looking for a driven real estate technology support representative to join our growing team. You'll be supporting real estate agents remotely with their technology and marketing needs.

Prior experience working with real estate agents in brokerages such as Keller Williams, Compass, EXP, Century 21, Remax, etc is a must-have requirement.

Prior experience with CRM, Transaction Management (Docusign, Dotloop, Zipforms, etc), Canva is a must-have requirement

• Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
• Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness

• Provide technology support to real estate agents
• Provide marketing support to real estate agents
• Provide administrative support to real estate agents

• Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
• Great written and verbal skills
• Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager

• Prior experience working in real estate brokerages (Ex: Keller Williams, Compass, EXP, Century 21, Remax, etc)
• Prior experience working with real estate technology and tools
