We’re looking for a real estate office manager to streamline our day-to-day procedures and help develop our teams. Responsibilities might include quality control, reviewing MLS listings, helping transaction coordinators with contracts, and updating calendars and training. You’ll also make sure the office is stocked with supplies and ensure we’re adhering to our monthly budget & coordinate all payroll and commission disbursements. Experience in Back End Management - Familiar with Broker / Lone Wolf a huge bonus!

  • File paperwork and assist other real estate brokerage employees with contracts such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information when necessary
  • Support other realty departments when necessary
  • Arrange for team meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Record all office expenses and invoices, complete basic bookkeeping tasks, and keep up with the monthly budget
  • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field
  • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Real estate license is a bonus
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
