As the Integrator (COO) you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our busy real estate investing office. You will report directly to our Visionary (CEO).

This role requires competency and confidence in interactions with all levels of employees both internally and externally. You will run the show and have the opportunity to grow the company. You will operate a system similar to the EOS model described in the book "Traction". You will be in charge of running our weekly level 10 meeting and keeping our team on track to achieve the visionary's goals. Our ideal candidate has experience in managing a large fast paced office environment and can approach this position with strong management and organizational skills, responsibility and commitment. We are looking for a team player with a great attitude who enjoys working with people. Willing to dig in hard and drive hard the tracking, metrics and KPI’s of the company and its people. We need someone who will make it happen. Someone who will never settle for good, but will work toward excellence and exceptional results in all the key areas like buyer/seller lead funnels and rehab management/capacity.

  • Manage the administrative team while hiring, training, consulting, and holding them accountable
  • Integrates all major operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together and in the same direction. 
  • Achieve and exceed projected P&L objectives.
  • Take full ownership of processes and systems needed. Document and implement them and ensure they are followed by all. 
  • Effectively collaborates with the Visionary and stays on the same page. Maintains a high level of mutual respect with the Visionary. 
  • Realizes the unique contributions and ideas that the Visionary has and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company. 
  • Understands that in a small company, you will wear many hats. 
  • Ensure all properties are closed and sold in a timely matter. Take ownership from contract to close.
  • Understands this is a full-time career, not a "job." While we'd love to work 9-5 pm, there are times we certainly work more, and 50+ hour weeks can be expected. We also expect this to get better within 6-12 months as it will be your direct job to streamline operations and ensure we can eventually get to 40-50 hours per week rather than 50+.
  • Extremely organized with excellent project management skills
  • Strong Team player with the ability to also work independently with little direction
  • 1 – 3 years of service and management experience
  • Clear understanding of system creation, controls, hiring and team.
  • Hungry for achievement, enthusiastic, energetic, internally motivated.
  • Whatever it takes, no excuses, only results, stays positive, focus on solutions.
  • Quietly and professionally competitive and always working on personal growth.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
  • Be comfortable using or learning to use multiple CRM’s.
  • A background in Real Estate will help you go far but is not required.
  • Fluent Spanish is a plus.
