As the Integrator (COO) you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our busy real estate investing office. You will report directly to our Visionary (CEO).
This role requires competency and confidence in interactions with all levels of employees both internally and externally. You will run the show and have the opportunity to grow the company. You will operate a system similar to the EOS model described in the book "Traction". You will be in charge of running our weekly level 10 meeting and keeping our team on track to achieve the visionary's goals. Adopting our core values and creating a good cultural fit are vital parts in finding the perfect person for this position.
Our ideal candidate has experience in managing a large fast paced office environment and can approach this position with strong management and organizational skills, responsibility and commitment. We are looking for a team player with a great attitude who enjoys working with people. Willing to dig in hard and drive hard the tracking, metrics and KPI’s of the company and its people. We need someone who will make it happen. Someone who will never settle for good, but will work toward excellence and exceptional results in all the key areas like buyer/seller lead funnels and rehab management/capacity.
