  • Professionally represent the company as the first point of contact
  • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, and make recommendations to the hiring manager based on finding to be the best fit for our team and culture
  • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
  • Maintain a recruiting CRM to help organize candidates and nurture relationships
  • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
  • Maintain MLS listings, organize paperwork, transaction contracts, and appointments
  • Accountable for a monthly budget, purchase of office supplies, and marketing materials 
  • Perform basic bookkeeping 
  • Organizing filing systems
  • Assisting real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information
  • Maintain customer relations, communication, and follow-up
  • Manage Agent training processes 
  • Daily accountability checks for systems and team


  • Office management experience required
  • Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain a pipeline
  • Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry (or Real Estate License) is a huge plus
  • Ability to follow directions as given and perform tasks to a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and be motivated to help grow the team
  • Customer-focused, delivery oriented, values honesty, and integrity
  • Located within 25 miles of Henry County, GA (preferred)
  • Ability to work remotely in a professional manner
  • Discretion in confidential information
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred

$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
