  • Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute additional duties when necessary
  • Purchase supplies and follow office protocols
  • Manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Organize Quarterly Client Events
  • Office management and event organization
  • System development, implementation, and management
  • Assist in creating content for social media and marketing admin
  • Assisting new agent onboarding
  • Coordinate listings and open houses
  • Print Marketing
  • Maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory


  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
  • Great ability to focus
  • Concerned about doing things the right way

  • Able to take direction and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision

$18 - $23 hourly
