First and foremost, we are looking for a proven leader. The Director of Operations is a key Empire Protector for the growing Real Estate Expansion Business. This Director is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader in the Real Estate Expansion Hub, the Director of Operations increases the ability of the Hub to process transactions, freeing the agents and team leader to focus more on generating transactions than closing them. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems. This person exhibits a strong drive to use systems and processes as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization. This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is far more important for this person than using one specific process. Your direct report will be the Team Leader, Jonathan Mills. Jonathan has been described as a “human tornado”, he is extremely fast-paced and his goals are massive. Your objective will be to take his hundreds of ideas, boil them down to find the core objectives, create systems and processes to make those objectives possible, all while simultaneously keeping track of Jonathan, managing his day to day operations, and anticipating his needs.
The Director of Operations is deeply committed to supporting the growth and development of Jonathan’s vision through achieving greater and greater levels of success, in addition to growing his/her own personal skills and developing into a supportive leader within the organization. As the success of the business grows, so will this person's responsibility and pay. This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members using rigorous and extremely time-consuming but effective methods provided by Keller Williams, while simultaneously ensuring all administrative tasks of Jonathan’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.
