As a busy solo agent, I am looking for an exceptional Operations Manager who will manage the back end and administrative side of my business so I can focus on sales and client care!

The ideal candidate has worked in real estate, mortgage or title, knows the lingo and understands the basics of this industry; however, I'd be interested in speaking with those who have worked within the legal profession or other fields where accuracy, consistency, steadiness and compliance is expected and delivered. There will be client and vendor interaction, but you won't physically be surrounded by a lot of people. You'll need to be comfortable often working solo and in a more solitary environment.

Rather than telling you what to do each day, you'll be expected to 'own' your position and self-manage, knowing what tasks needs to be tackled and completed, prioritizing these based upon level of urgency. You'll be expected to come to me with ideas, platforms and processes that will increase the efficiency of the day to day tasks and positively impact the bottom line.  You will act as a gatekeeper so I can work free of distractions by fielding non-sales activities away from my desk and holding me accountable for lead generating/sales activities. You'll absolutely be a vital and valued team member.

In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate great proficiency with technology, is comfortable with all digital/social platforms and has experience using Google apps, a CRM and spreadsheets. If you're a reliable team player who loves to complete their to-do list, I'd love to hear from you! This is a leadership position with an opportunity for growth and I'm seeking someone who wants to be in it for the long haul.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain daily schedule and all supporting activities for the CEO
  • Create and maintain processes files
  • Manage and work all real estate transactions from contract to close
  • Maintain records pertaining to licensing and CE requirements
  • Manage and maintain my database/CRM
  • Track all numbers pertaining to sales, expenses and marketing
  • Provide accountability to others as deemed necessary
  • Represent me professionally while communicating with clients, vendors and service providers
  • Maintain a desire to be learning based to insure total team relevancy
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, positivity, teamwork and trust
  • Plan and execute client appreciation events
  • Maintain and execute a calendar of events for clients

Qualifications

  • Strong written articulation and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transport
  • Real estate license a plus but not required

Compensation
$48,000 yearly
