As a busy solo agent, I am looking for an exceptional Operations Manager who will manage the back end and administrative side of my business so I can focus on sales and client care!
The ideal candidate has worked in real estate, mortgage or title, knows the lingo and understands the basics of this industry; however, I'd be interested in speaking with those who have worked within the legal profession or other fields where accuracy, consistency, steadiness and compliance is expected and delivered. There will be client and vendor interaction, but you won't physically be surrounded by a lot of people. You'll need to be comfortable often working solo and in a more solitary environment.
Rather than telling you what to do each day, you'll be expected to 'own' your position and self-manage, knowing what tasks needs to be tackled and completed, prioritizing these based upon level of urgency. You'll be expected to come to me with ideas, platforms and processes that will increase the efficiency of the day to day tasks and positively impact the bottom line. You will act as a gatekeeper so I can work free of distractions by fielding non-sales activities away from my desk and holding me accountable for lead generating/sales activities. You'll absolutely be a vital and valued team member.
In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate great proficiency with technology, is comfortable with all digital/social platforms and has experience using Google apps, a CRM and spreadsheets.
