The Operations Manager has the opportunity to earn the right to become the Director Of Operations for the Curtin Real Estate Team.

The Operations Manager is in charge of customer service, administrative department and building and refining systems.. The Operations Manager is deeply committed to completing tasks the best way with a high degree of quality and a high degree of urgency towards new business.
You are patient yet moving at a fast pace, embracing technology. You understand that you may not have the skills to do every task, but appreciate the importance of all of them and accept the responsibility of finding others to get the job done.
You have past management experience and will lead an administration team of 5 people. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. World class service is a concept that you understand and implement.
Database Management and Marketing oversight is the other half of this job. You know how to promote email marking and social media. You have experience implementing a marketing follow up plan and managing a contact management database system. You can interface with graphics department and understand lead flow, lead pipeline management and the importance of staying in touch with potential and past clients. You’re comfortable monitoring agent activity within a database and taking necessary action.
You know how to work with lots of personalities and don't get your feelings hurt, always seeking to understand rather than be understood. You love the idea of a salary plus bonus based on your focus towards production along with inspiring the rest of the team. You like to document and follow through and love systems that make your job easier. You enjoy customer contact and solving problems, with a desire to be excellent in all you do.
