We're recruiting to bring an amazing person of utmost integrity in to be our Director of Operations. This is a full-time position with the possibility for remote working part of the time. Our real estate team is focused on learning and growing - always seeking to improve ourselves such that we can improve the quality of service we provide our clients. We seek the individual that will NOT be satisfied with above average, acceptable, or a "that's how it is" attitude. We seek the individual that wants to learn and grow personally, build and develop a business, and take real estate into the next decade and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Management of operational staff
  • Overall management of CRM/Database
  • Scheduling and execution of all client events, charity work, giveaways
  • Working with the sales team to improve team cohesion and client satisfaction
  • Continued self-improvement and job-related education
  • Light accounting and financial tracking
  • Regular review of tools, systems, and integrations
  • Systems building and improvement

Qualifications

  • At a minimum, some college education, preferring a Bachelor's Degree
  • High emotional intelligence - you must be a great communicator and work well with people
  • Preferred: 2 years previous experience in real estate or a related field (lending, title, insurance, etc)
  • Preferred: Previous experience in management
  • Preferred: Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Tech Savvy: calendar, email, Google Suite
  • Flexible and adaptable: real estate is an ever-changing industry

Compensation
$45,000 - $80,000 yearly
