We’re hiring a driven real estate executive assistant to support the supervising broker and carry out basic administrative tasks. You’ll serve as a liaison between the broker and clients and be responsible screening and conveying relevant messages and making appointments and travel arrangements for the broker. You will also be responsible for the safe-keeping of customer information in the database, keeping the office supplies well-stocked, and working with other departments when necessary.   • Function as the main point contact for the principal broker
  • Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records
  • Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details
  • Make appointments and travel itineraries for broker

  • Input listings and client communication
  • Order supplies for the office
  • Pick up checks and deliver signs/lockboxes to homes as needed
  • Create documents and proof read descriptions
  • Order photos and communicate with vendors
  • Plan and organize client events, take photos, and then market on social media
  • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
  • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers
  • Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
  • Travel to training as requested- less the 20% of the time and when planned in advance
  • Overall oversight on systems and management of the backend of the sales process for the team leader

  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
  • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
  • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
  • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
  • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service

  • Fluent on social media platforms
  • Quick to pick up new platforms
  • A servant leadership style of performance, where the focus is on supporting the team and clients

$36,000 plus quarterly bonuses
