Our small and committed real estate team is experiencing tremendous growth! We are looking for an exceptional Operations Coordinator, 20 hours per week, who will manage the back end and administrative side of our business so we can focus on sales and client care.
Our ideal candidate has worked within real estate, mortgage or title, knows the lingo and understands the basics of our industry. There will be client and vendor interaction coordinating transaction details, scheduling of appointments and inspections, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary.
Our ideal candidate is a self motivated individual who enjoys working solo. Rather than telling you what to do each day, we'll expect that in short order you'll come to "own" your position, know what needs to be tackled and completed, and will come to us with ideas, platforms and processes that will increase our efficiency and positively impact our bottom line. You'll certainly be a vital and valued member of the team.
In addition, our ideal candidate will demonstrate great proficiency with technology, is comfortable with all digital/social platforms and has experience with real estate CRM and marketing. If you're a reliable team player who has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process, we'd love to hear from you.
We are a busy real estate team of two. We are dedicated to giving our clients an exceptional experience when buying or selling a home. We specialize in helping the over 55+ clients make one of the biggest moves of their life, into retirement living! We will manage 80 to 100 closed transactions this year. We are located in the SE Ocala.
