We’re hiring a driven real estate executive assistant to support the team leads and carry out basic administrative tasks. The selected candidate will exhibit tremendous drive and a compelling interest to succeed. They will need to be detail-oriented to quality and aesthetics. We don't just fill jobs, we build careers. Responsibilities

  • Manage team’s back office/ CRM and update daily
  • Complete various required forms/ paperwork for team when necessary
  • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to track productivity and ensure team is on target
  • Work alongside team leads on select transactions from showing to closed for potential bonus opportunity
  • Schedule meetings, and manage team leads’ calendars
  • Screen phone calls and deliver messages from phone calls, or direct call to appropriate person
  • Help organize team building events, trainings, and community outreach events to give back to the community and build strong local ties
  • Manage social media and engage audience
  • Actively promote team standards
  • Assist team in day to day functions

Qualifications

  • An active Florida Real Estate License is required
  • High School diploma required, College preferred
  • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
  • Real Estate transaction experience required
  • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets, Contact Management programs and Multiple Listing Service
  • Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, dependable, and ability to problem solve
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills
  • Possesses high ethical standards
  • Ability to work productively within a team environment
  • Drive for increasing excellence and business growth

Compensation
$20 - $24 hourly
