Ed Prather Real Estate is a boutique brokerage in City Park specializing in helping our clients achieve wealth through Real Estate and we are hiring a motivated real estate executive administrative assistant to join our fast-growing team!

The ideal candidate relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems. This person is extremely detail-oriented and deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality. This person establishes and cultivates relationships with clients, team members, and strategic partners, and does all work with a high degree of pride and enthusiasm. This individual will also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

IN-OFFICE POSITION
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Accurately complete research, reporting, information management, marketing, and business -within budget requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed administrative and office procedural processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives
  • Prepare agendas, participate in daily meetings, review schedules, answer phones, talk with customers, take minutes, etc.
  • Grow our brand through social media, website management, marketing material creation and distribution, and events
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions, and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • Can work on deadline and handle private client information
  • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, ReColorado, and CTM eContracts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High-stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
  • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
