My real estate team is growing! I am looking for an exceptional Operations Assistant who will manage the back end and administrative side of my business so I can focus on sales and client care.

The ideal candidate has worked within real estate, mortgage or title, knows the lingo and understands the basics of our industry; however, we'd be interested in speaking with those who have worked within the legal profession and/or other fields where accuracy, consistency, steadiness, and compliance is expected and delivered. There will be client, agent and vendor interaction via phone and email, but you won't be physically surrounded by a lot of people. You'll need to be comfortable with often working solo and be self-motivated and self-sufficient while working in-office where myself and the agents on my team are in and out.

After an initial training period, rather than telling you what to do each day, the expectation that in short order you'll come to "own" your position, know what needs to be tackled and completed, and will come to me with ideas, platforms and processes that will increase my efficiency and positively impact my bottom line. You'll be able to self-manage, act as my eyes and ears and function as my gatekeeper so that I can work free of distractions. You’ll certainly be a vital and valued member of the team!

In addition, my ideal candidate will demonstrate great proficiency with technology, is tremendously experienced with all digital/social platforms and has experience using Microsoft Office, Google Apps, a CRM, and accounting software. If you're a reliable team player who loves to crush your to-do list, takes pride in your ability to get things done on an efficient and high level, and is capable of growing a role beyond initial descriptions, I would love to hear from you. This is a leadership position with an opportunity for growth and I am seeking someone who wants to be in it for the long haul.

Pay to be determined by experience and schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support daily schedule and activities for agent.
  • Create and manage detailed past and current client nurturing schedule.
  • Plan organize and execute client appreciation events and seasonal events alongside agent.
  • Assist agent in managing multiple transactions and the tasks, communications, and action items that are involved in each.
  • Manage and maintain agent’s database/CRM.
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation.
  • Manage social media accounts and assist in content creation and development.
  • Manage platforms that agent uses to create engagement and content for social media.
  • Create systems and procedures to streamline business operations and grow business.
  • Coordinate showing schedules, open houses, and listing vendor management.
  • Monitor and manage agent’s email side by side with her.
  • Track all numbers pertaining to sales, office expenses, P&L, and marketing budget.
  • Become an expert in all tools and systems agent uses for business development and efficiency, while able to find new tools and systems you believe will benefit the business.
  • Provide accountability to others as deemed necessary.
  • Represent me  professionally while communicating with clients, vendors and service providers.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and trust.
  • If hire is Real Estate licensed, create Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) for potential listings, input all MLS data pertaining to listings, etc.
Qualifications
  • Tech and digital savvy.
  • Knows the ins and outs of social media on an in-depth level, and is creative with content creation.
  • Self-sufficient and highly motivated.
  • Ability to take initiative and execute tasks before being asked.
  • Positive can-do attitude, professional in demeanor and appearance.
  • Organized reliable and consistent; maintains focus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Real estate license a plus but not required.
Compensation
$15 - $16/hour with potential bonus structure in place up to $12,000 per year.
