A top-performing Real Estate Team in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time candidate for the important position of Operations Assistant. This role with Dillard & Company has the opportunity for rapid growth and the potential to quickly transition into the Director of Operations position. The Operations Assistant will ensure that the team meets all business goals by overseeing the successful implementation and management of financial systems, all administration, organization and infrastructure, human resources, and technology. This person should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere and will pay special attention to detail. The Operations Assistant is committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. This individual may exhibit some drive and desire to influence.  Most importantly this person will possess a positive, “can-do” attitude and will bring a sense of fun to the team. The ideal candidate will possess a Georgia Real Estate License; however, this is not a requirement.

Compensation

  • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Bonuses - Considered after a 90-day period
  • Rapid growth potential

Responsibilities

This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting and supporting the owner in all business and personal areas needing assistance
  • Implementing and maintaining all database management system(s), including sellers, buyers, and lead generation
  • Track expenses, maintain the budget, and generate financial reports
  • Oversee all contracts through closing
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience
  • Maintain a positive culture as a productive leader
  • Managing day-to-day office operations
  • Plan and execute team and client events
  • Lead Management Assistance
  • Marketing of Listings, Business, and Team through social media and other avenues
  • Helping clients through the closing process
  • (Eventually) Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable
  • This person will LOVE checklists and "to do" lists and will love paperwork

Qualifications

  • Outstanding organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
  • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Customer service focus
  • A College degree and social media experience preferred
  • Comfortable handling strong personalities
  • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free their Agents up to sell

Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000
