This team is looking for a Real Estate Operations and Listing Coordinator who will cultivate a professional image and maintain a sense of ownership in all that they do—an organizational leader who will manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. This agent is the South Bay’s expert real estate negotiator. Currently ranked in the Top 100 of America’s Top Performing Real Estate agents by The Wall Street Journal and has been licensed and practicing Real Estate in the South Bay and greater Los Angeles communities since 1987. The team have been featured on ESPN, FOX, NBC, ABC, BRAVO!, HGTV, and THE FINE LIVING CHANNEL.  

Whether a client lives in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Torrance, or any other South Bay city and is buying or selling a home, this is their one-stop resource. The Details:

Location: Hermosa Beach, CA. Candidate MUST live within a 30-minute commute of Hermosa Beach with traffic and have your own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

Type of employment/hours: Full-time, 40-50 hrs/wk, M-F, 8:30 am-5:30 pm, Flexibility on weekends and evening required as needed.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate plays an active role in the transaction process, pays attention to the details, and knows how to prioritize their responsibilities without direction. We seek someone who will put the needs of their agents and clients first, handling all communication with a polished etiquette and finesse.

Your duties will also include...

Manage Deal Flow:

  • Lead the listing coordination process, provide weekly listing reports, schedule and assist with showings, schedule and attend inspections, meet with vendors at the properties, provide client care, and assist in overseeing the Contract-to-Close process.

Marketing Assistance:

  • You will assist and help expand marketing initiatives such as creating brochures, advertising, and lead generation and management on behalf of the team.

Support and Serve:

  • Assist the agents with prioritization, strategy, and keep the team dedicated to key tasks.
  • Draft, implement, and manage systems, checklists and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient office flow and manage all database management.
  • Provide an executive level of administrative support to the team which includes phone and email management, calendar organization, and task management.
Qualifications

Required experience and knowledge:

  • 3+ years of real estate administrative experience
  • An active CA real estate license is preferred but not required
