The Real Estate Office and Marketing Coordinator role is central to the overall efficiency and profitability of the business. The OC/MC will develop operational processes and systems and then Optimize - Automate - Outsource them (if possible) to grow and support our Real Estate Team throughout the various aspects of a Real Estate Transaction, both for our acquisitions and listings AND develop, coordinate, measure and optimize our marketing efforts with Google Adwords, Facebook and Mail Campaigns and more!

Duties include interacting with clients, title companies, lenders, attorneys, selling and listing agents on a daily basis, managing the paperwork that is needed to complete a transaction and ensuring that all dates and contingencies are met throughout the process AND learning about our business and testing and implementing the most effective marketing strategies possible!

Must have the ability to multi-task and attend to small details is required along with EITHER an active MN real estate salesperson license or 2 years experience in a Real Estate Related position and some Marketing experience (preferably online with FB or Google). A presence in the office is required M-F, but some of the tasks may be completed from an alternate location as needed. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and document systems and processes.
  • Optimize - automate and outsource processes for all aspects of a growing real estate brokerage and investment business.
  • Keep track of metrics and KPI's on Agent performance and report to Operations and Sales Managers.
  • Assemble Buyer packets as needed for acquisition and listings including working with VA's to coordinated related support information. 
  • Assemble closing packages as needed for acquisition and listing closings.
  • Lead follow up, schedule appointments for Agents.
  • Coordinate Closing with all participants via text, phone and email.
  • Ensure all documents are executed and properly inputted into Dot Loop and other CRM's as needed. 
  • Lead follow up, schedule appointments for Agents. 
  • Develop effective marketing campaigns via Facebook/Google as well as Mailing.
  • Develop effective sales processes. (follow up, nurture, educate, develop relationships)
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as determined and needed.
Qualifications
  • MANDATORY: Past experience in the real estate related industry required - either as a previous office coordinator, transaction coordinator, administrative, paralegal or similar.
  • Does not need active license, but must be willing to get one within 90 days.
  • MUST have some marketing experience, preferably online. Copy writing experience helpful.
  • Education level: HS diploma or higher.
  • Adept at basic technology.
  • Does not aspire to management level position or to sell.
  • Must have strong phone presence and exude confidence.
Compensation
$15 - $18 per hour depending on qualifications
