The Real Estate Office and Marketing Coordinator role is central to the overall efficiency and profitability of the business. The OC/MC will develop operational processes and systems and then Optimize - Automate - Outsource them (if possible) to grow and support our Real Estate Team throughout the various aspects of a Real Estate Transaction, both for our acquisitions and listings AND develop, coordinate, measure and optimize our marketing efforts with Google Adwords, Facebook and Mail Campaigns and more!
Duties include interacting with clients, title companies, lenders, attorneys, selling and listing agents on a daily basis, managing the paperwork that is needed to complete a transaction and ensuring that all dates and contingencies are met throughout the process AND learning about our business and testing and implementing the most effective marketing strategies possible!
Must have the ability to multi-task and attend to small details is required along with EITHER an active MN real estate salesperson license or 2 years experience in a Real Estate Related position and some Marketing experience (preferably online with FB or Google). A presence in the office is required M-F, but some of the tasks may be completed from an alternate location as needed. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
