Our Real Estate Transaction Coordinator and Office Manager's primary role is to develop operational processes and systems and then Optimize - Automate - Outsource them (if possible) to grow and support our Real Estate Team throughout the various aspects of a Real Estate Transaction, both for our acquisitions and listings.
Duties include interacting with clients, lenders, attorneys, selling and listing agents on a daily basis, managing the paperwork that is needed to complete a transaction and ensuring that all dates and contingencies are met throughout the process.
Must have the ability to multi-task and attend to small details is required along with EITHER an active MN real estate salesperson license or 2 years experience in a Real Estate Related position. A presence in the office is required M-F, but some of the tasks may be completed from an alternate location as needed. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
