The Operations Manager is an integral part of the office staff. They are responsible for learning and implementing - associate, listing, transactional, and financial systems in the office. We are looking for someone with a poised, positive, relationship-based attitude. Someone with a passion to dot i's and cross t's. Someone that is a problem solver and is resourceful enough to figure things out, but not shy about asking for help. The ideal candidate will be able to perform multiple projects while remaining focused, calm and maintaining a positive attitude.   • Billing / Accounts Receivable (Monthly)
  • Manage Closed Docs and Checks (Daily / Weekly)
  • Manage Projected Closings (Weekly)
  • Handle Agent Transfers (Rare)
  • Handle Sponsor Changes (Rare)
  • Track Team Agreements and Growth (Rare)
  • Reports and Spreadsheets for Ownership and Region (Monthly)
  • Track / Investigate Checks - Pass off to Centralized Team (Weekly)
  • Print Checks and Deliver to Agents (Daily)
  • Human Resources - Payroll (Bi-Monthly)
  • Facility Management (As Needed)
  • Vendor Relations - (As Needed)


  • Tech Savvy Individual
  • Accounting / Collections experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Task-Oriented, systematic, and able to follow procedures
  • Very strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of office equipment (i.e. multi-line phone system, commercial copier and computers) preferred
  • Prior real estate experience is not required, but would be beneficial!

$40,000 - $45,000 yearly +
