We are looking for a Real Estate Office Operations Coordinator that can assist in the office management and support of the sales team. Day-to-Day you will be in charge of the incoming emails, calls, and mail distribution. Managing the systems, software, documents, and day-to-day operations of the office. This role will support the onboarding and training of new agents as well as the support to management with weekly/monthly and annual reports. Additionally, the role is responsible for planning and organizing the company meeting, team days, and client appreciation parties. 

Seeking a highly organized individual able to focus on many tasks at once in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy is necessary.

Compensation
$19-$20 hourly
