We are looking for a talented Office Manager / Transaction Coordinator to be responsible for a wide range of tasks. Our ideal candidate is independent, highly motivated and detail oriented and is someone who wants to play an integral role in managing the office and growing a business. Must enjoy customer service and be deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

Areas of Focus

Support and Serve: In this role, you will provide an executive level of administrative support to the team to leverage them to a higher level. This may include, but is not limited to, phone and email management, calendar organization, task management and lead management. You will provide a concierge-level of customer service and serve as the first point of contact for clients. 

Create Structure: You will play an essential part in continuing to build the business. You will develop systems, checklists and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will be in charge of all database management, calendars, and transactions.

Staff: Hire and train staff as needed, hold employees accountable, meet dates and deadlines.

Key Software Proficiency 

  • MS Office Suite
  • CRM programs
  • MLS and Property Databases

Compensation
$45,000 - $80,000
