We’re looking for a real estate office manager to streamline our day-to-day procedures and help develop our administrative staff. Responsibilities include creating new MLS listings, helping transaction coordinators with contracts, and updating the office calendar. You’ll also make sure the office is stocked with supplies and ensure we’re adhering to our monthly budget. Responsibilities
  • Manage lower-level administrative employees and ensure office protocols are followed
  • Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
  • Schedule team appointments, events, and travel
  • Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies when necessary
  • Create and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop off, and any other necessary materials

  • Implementation of new business systems from start to finish in an efficient, thorough, and timely manner
  • Act as a liaison for upper management in regard to recruiting and selecting talent to the team, using specific screening procedures
  • Support staff in the use of office technologies serving as a resource for training, webinars, and distance Zoom meetings
  • Help create marketing collateral and assist in all social media postings and updates
  • Proficiency across multiple online platforms

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred
  • Real estate license preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Serves as Team Specialist for Online Marketing with a focus on building SEO, Social Media Retargeting, and Offer Fulfillment to Online Leads
  • Preferably versed in basic visual and design programs such as Publisher, Adobe Suite, Canva, and Promo
  • Possessing the ability to communicate design specifications both verbally and in written word
  • Expected to maintain complete, accurate, and organized paper and digital records. Specifically providing an ongoing resource of archived training instruction for new and existing team members
  • An energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and keen problem solving are critical to the position

Compensation
$15 - $17 hourly
