We’re in search of a detail-oriented real estate office manager/ director of operations to manage our daily operations, supervise the administrative staff and the sales team, and ensure our business runs efficiently. You’ll be responsible for updating MLS listings, assisting with contracts, and scheduling team meetings. You’ll also be in charge of the office budget and ordering supplies. Our ideal candidate is an experienced manager, a quick problem-solver, and a positive team player. Responsibilities

  • Day to day operations of the administrative staff and sales team
  • Streamlining and implementing systems for growth and efficiencies of the team
  • Implementation of the outside coaching systems for both administration and sales team
  • Holding team accountable to goals
  • Managing lead generation
  • Managing the growth of the business
  • Maintaining records of sales
  • Recruiting
  • Growing the technology department of our team
  • Managing the budget
  • Direct report to team leader

Qualifications
  • Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field
  • Real estate license not required, but knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Real estate experience is required

  • Must be driven and professional

Compensation
$50,000 plus a percentage of net profits
