We’re hiring a positive, motivated real estate office manager to join our growing office. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in our database and onboarding new agents. You’ll also support our agents by creating professional-looking printed and digital marketing materials, office meeting agendas, and marketing reports. Assist with planning company events. Assist agents with office-related issues. Maintain office organization. Greet and direct incoming clients. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented.   • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
  • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness

Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Canva.

  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
$23 hourly
