You’ll be responsible for answering the phones, help agents with administrative questions, agent onboarding, updating transaction management systems, assisting with contracts, planning office events, daily maintenance of office including making sure the office is always clean, ordering office supplies, scheduling team meetings and other administrative duties as required.
