We’re looking for a real estate office and sales support manager to streamline our day-to-day procedures and help develop our sales and administrative staff. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the brokerage office by leading the support staff team, managing community initiatives and social media, and providing support to sales associates and the Managing Broker.

They are responsible for managing, recruiting, and training staff, along with interpreting and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Office Staff Management (35-40%): 

  • Oversee and maintain the day-to-day sales office operations, including all components of transaction processing, agent services, reception, building and equipment maintenance, and maintenance of office supply and marketing material inventories, photography, and courier services. 
  • Perform supervisory activities, including selection and development of employees, employee counseling and motivation, and salary recommendation.
  • Supervise sales office support staff for the successful performance of the branch office and contribute to fulfilling company-wide objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a professional, trained, and motivated staff through effective team building, performance, and career-development programs.

 Agent Coaching (15-20%)

  •  Train and provide support to sales associates with business-building activities such as database management and flow activities to support productivity and retention.
  • Provide leadership in all support and sales associate areas to assure accomplishment of position objectives.

 Community Initiatives (15-20%)

  • Manage existing relationships with local non-profits and identify new opportunities. Make recommendations to company leadership for sponsorship opportunities. Arrange for regular volunteer opportunities and organize volunteers.

 Social media (10-15%)

  • Oversee office social media content strategy and platform management.  

 Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%)

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.

Experience:

  • One to three years of related experience and demonstrated supervisory skills.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities; effective recruiting, training, and managing the performance of people; conflict/change management skills.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently. Strong organizational skills with a high degree of quality and detail orientation.
  • A high degree of integrity
  • Knowledgeable of the technical skills related to real estate. Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and under extreme deadline pressure; resourceful and action-oriented. 
  • Ability to define and shape strategy, yet possess a strong tactical orientation in order to obtain results.
  • The position requires excellent attendance, professional attire, and adhering to scheduled arrival time.
  • At times, may require flexibility in work schedule in order to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
  • Team leader with a positive attitude.

Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):

  • Documented history of high-performance results, leadership, and decision-making skills in previous positions.

Compensation
$75,000 - $80,000 yearly
