We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the Director of Operations and complete administrative tasks and projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is extremely organized, thrives on to-do’s, and operates with urgency. He/she must also have the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Responsibilities include assisting in managing internal systems to support our active sales team. Must be tech-savvy with knowledge of computer programs and apps to create processes. Experience with systems, timeline management, and contracts a plus. Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
