You’ll also be in charge of the monthly budget, purchase office supplies when necessary, and perform basic bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: 

  • Create and maintain company status reports and tracking
  • Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management, and marketing
  • Responsible for all financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget, and profit and loss statement
  • Oversees all contracts through closing and listing launch
  • Help coordinate events and social activities
  • Creates and maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching members of the operations team
  • Implements talent and Power of Moments campaigns
  • Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment
  • Office management, permitting, supply management, and maintenance
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training, and organization-wide growth call

Qualifications

Skills You Have:

  • MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE (LICENSE NOT REQUIRED)
  • 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required
  • Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning-based, growth-minded 
  • Organized
  • Basic budget and financial reporting skills
  • Knowledge of basic office suite software and calendaring systems 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Flexible

Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000 yearly
