We’re hiring a highly-organized, real estate professional to work closely with our marketing, operations, and tech teams to ensure that our agents, clients, and potential clients receive exceptional service. It’s a dynamic position that’s part marketing, part project management, part office management, and part agent services. This is a cliché … but no two days will be the same. We work in a fast-paced environment and you’ll be expected to work alongside the rest of the team to do whatever it takes to help make our agents successful and our clients happy.   • You’ll be busy on the front line, supporting our agents as the “go-to” person for the brokerage
  • You’ll know our processes, resources, and how to find creative solutions to those tough questions that come up every day
  • You’ll work directly with our Lead Broker on anything and everything necessary to support our culture and ensure the success of the brokerage
  • You’ll collaborate with our corporate marketing and operations teams to execute a variety of marketing projects on behalf of the brokerage and our agents
  • You’ll be responsible for all aspects of office management to ensure that our marketing materials and supplies are stocked, the office condition is exceptional and our processes are running smoothly
  • You'll serve as the liaison for new agent onboarding and training questions
  • You'll assist agents with individual marketing and advertising goals as needed, including help with projects such as direct mail, social media marketing, client events, and local advertising campaigns
  • You'll help oversee our social media channels in conjunction with the company schedule and brand standards
  • You'll be responsible for the planning and execution of client and agent appreciation events and initiatives
  • You'll spearhead the planning of monthly team meetings and training


  • Must have a valid Arizona Real Estate License
  • Real estate experience preferred (in the metro-Phoenix market)
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
  • Motivated self-starter with strong project management skills
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workplace (experience with other real estate technology a bonus)
  • Hands-on experience with traditional and online real estate marketing initiatives a plus
  • Experience managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter a plus
  • Prior office management experience in a residential real estate brokerage a plus

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly + Opportunity for Bonuses
