The Real Estate Office Manager must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its agents’ needs in such a way that they (the agents) are consistently met with an energetic, driven individual who provides exceptional customer service.

The Real Estate Office Manager will be responsible for the appearance of the Market Center common areas, own the experience of all agents and clients that interact with the Market Center, and provide information, support, and resources in an enthusiastic and professional manner. They will greet everyone with a smile and warmth as they enter the office. They will be as helpful as possible without neglecting the phones. The Real Estate Office Manager will assist with the management of the office by providing support and feedback to the MCA and Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the Market Center.

Responsibilities
  • Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
  • Keep office well stocked and order supplies as needed, as well as maintaining office equipment
  • Produce and update new MLS listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately
  • Supervise administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed
  • Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information

  • Answer the phone correctly and properly route phone calls
  • Greet everyone in a positive manner 
  • Onboard new agents to the Market Center
  • Develop and maintain information and resources for Keller Williams initiatives, products, and services 
  • Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships 
  • Assist in planning, registration, and promotion of all Market Center events and training.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries, maintain supply inventory and ordering
  • Maintain appearance of the reception area and office common space and equipment 
  • Assist agents with marketing support as needed 
  • Facilitate the Market Center Training/Event Calendar 
  • Communicate daily updates to the Market Center Associates via email and social media 
  • Daily activities of the Market Center working closely with all other Market Center team members 
  • Other projects/duties as needed


Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field
  • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Real estate license not required, but knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

Compensation
$45,000-$50,000 annually+ medical
