We are hiring for 2 locations, Naples and Cape Coral.

We are looking for a highly organized and friendly Office Manager to join our real estate brokerage. The Office Manager will be responsible for providing general office support, managing the office calendar, facilitating group training sessions, and developing relationships with our real estate agents to promote retention and growth.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and phone etiquette and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. They must have hands-on experience with office equipment, be able to prioritize tasks and multitask. Being bilingual is preferred. They will also be in charge of purchasing office supplies when necessary.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Retaining Talent 

  • Focus on recruiting professional talent to enhance the profitability of the firm
  • Meet routinely with Sales Associates for coaching and mentoring sessions that show a positive increase in agent production
  • Conducts follow-up surveys

Career Development & Talent Management 

  • Stay up to date on industry-wide changes, national and local economic implications and how they impact local real estate conditions, and changes in technology and social media (evolving marketing opportunities) 
  • Perform market research to identify industry trends and makes recommendations to agents on how to effectively respond to changes and fluctuations 
  • Conduct events to enhance agents' knowledge and understanding of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law, lead generation strategies with a focus on the opportunities to expand on the company production, company-provided tools and resources (products and services), and marrying online and offline marketing efforts
  • Ensure agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abide by all state and national Fair Housing Act Regulations and real-estate laws  

Location Growth & Operations 

  • Support innovation in how the company can efficiently support its growing state agent base in terms of brokerage operations 
  • Ensure conformance to office profit, strategic plans, and production goals, with minimal negative deviation  
  • Develop and execute methodologies for enhancing office profitability, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
  • Promote the company's affiliated business partners and maintains good relationships with vendors

Tier 1 Agent Support

  • Effectively consult and engage with PPR agents and others in problem-solving matters associated with difficult or complex company issues 

Qualifications

  • Active real estate sales associate or broker's license in FL.
  • 2+ years of real estate office experience or similar experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support agents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail as well being a solution oriented problem-solver.
  • Familiarity with real estate software and technology, including MLS and transaction management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365.
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.

Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly
