Rapidly expanding, full-service residential Real Estate brokerage in South Orange County is seeking an experienced Real Estate Office Manager with extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry to coach and manage their team of Brokers/Agents and oversee the growth of the office.


The ideal candidate plays an active role training, coaching, recruiting and on-boarding of new Agents. You will maintain, build, and expand your database of prospects.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and motivating Agents to improve performance
  • Being accessible to Agents on a daily basis to provide support
  • Creating and maintaining a successful plan for the retention of all Agents
  • Networking, communicating, and advertising via social media platform
  • Outbound and inbound Agent recruiting efforts both cold and warm
  • Identifying and qualifying Agents at other companies
  • Interviewing and recruiting experienced Agents
  • On-boarding and training of new and existing Agents
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas

Other responsibilities include:

  • Accountability for sales and profitability of the office
  • Review, audit and approve listing and sale files
  • Organize business meetings
  • Evaluate current practices and programs for improvement/efficiencies

Candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Strong working knowledge of Real Estate contracts, negotiations, and best practices
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry- management or coaching role preferred
  • Have a proven record in the recruitment and retention of successful Agents
  • Strong computer skills
  • State of California Real Estate License in good standing
  • CA DRE Licensee
$75,000 plus bonus
