We are looking for a talented Real Estate Team Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, recruit talent for the team, and be the Culture Keeper. This diverse and challenging role is best suited to a Leader/Driver/Influencer personality type.
You are a Leader and a Manager. You have experience holding others accountable and delivering measurable results. You have supported a sales team to achieve higher levels of production, and you have worked closely with a Business Owner to drive sales, increase profitability, and streamline systems and procedures. A Hawaii Real Estate License is preferred, or you will be required to obtain your license within 3-6 months of employment. Prior Real Estate industry experience is NOT required.
As a Real Estate Team Manager, you have exceptional organizational and project management skills. You pay attention to the smallest of details and can manage multiple projects and people while staying cool, calm, and collected. You have superior communication skills in both verbal and written form. You are polished and professional and present yourself as such. You know how to hold your team to a high level of accountability and delegate tasks accordingly. You will take on your job duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, loyalty and integrity.
Navigators Real Estate is well established on the Coast of California and in operation in Kailua-Kona Now. We are an expanding real estate business setting up a team operation on the Big Island and beyond. This busy and growing team has closed well over 100 transactions last year.
