This is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing individual. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and skills as a leader with a background in residential real estate. Being able to grow the organization and succeed within a dynamic team environment is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and recruiting of real estate agents in the area to join our company
  • Consult, coach, and train real estate agents in real estate sales and business development
  • Lead weekly sales meeting and monthly leadership development meetings
  • Set and achieve goals for growth and profitability
  • Provide leadership and professional development for the leadership team
  • Attend weekly, monthly and annual educational events hosted by Keller Williams Realty

Compensation
$75,000 PLUS with salary and bonus
