We’re hiring an experienced, professional, full-time real estate managing broker or experienced agent to take a real estate team to the next level. You’ll oversee the entire real estate brokerage operation, build up a small boutique team of agents, and manage the listings/buyers. You'll be running and managing a business with the desire to achieve goals and work as a team member. We have marketing, systems, office building, and the ability to support growth, now we need someone with a strong vision to execute. Must understand that this job is NOT 9 am-5 pm and willing to put in the work to stay at a high level and increase sales. 60+ hours a week is what it will take in this role. The position will come with a $100k base salary plus a bonus structure that will add $20k, $30k, $40k, or more depending on growth. Ideal position for someone great at managing, troubleshooting, and working with a multitude of clients and tasks, but lacks the lead generation, environment, and direction to get to the next level alone. We closed $30M in volume in 2020. Our team takes pride in providing a high level of service which has been instrumental in growing the referral base, online presence, and the team. We want to be proud of the work we do and want the ability to choose our clients. We typically have 15-25 listings at a time and 10-20 buyers in the active pipeline. Looking to grow that further. Evan is also an active investor in real estate with investments in private lending, building/flipping, and joint ventures. Looking to continue developing that side of the business.
