We’re hiring an experienced, professional, full-time real estate managing broker or experienced agent to take a real estate team to the next level. You’ll oversee the entire real estate brokerage operation, build up a small boutique team of agents, and manage the listings/buyers. You'll be running and managing a business with the desire to achieve goals and work as a team member. We have marketing, systems, office building, and the ability to support growth, now we need someone with a strong vision to execute. Must understand that this job is NOT 9 am-5 pm and willing to put in the work to stay at a high level and increase sales. 60+ hours a week is what it will take in this role. The position will come with a $100k base salary plus a bonus structure that will add $20k, $30k, $40k, or more depending on growth. Ideal position for someone great at managing, troubleshooting, and working with a multitude of clients and tasks, but lacks the lead generation, environment, and direction to get to the next level alone. Responsibilities
  • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform
  • Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales
  • Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law
  • Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team
  • Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards

  • Must be able to convert seller and buyer leads at a high level.
  • Ability to work 7 days a week as needed. Working early and late as needed, with a strict personal schedule of starting work early every day.
  • Assisting on the investing side of real estate.

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing agent at a real estate company
  • The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
  • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance

  • Verifiable sales experience in the Houston area. Would have needed to close at least $20M in the last 5 years.

Compensation
$100,000 - $140,000 yearly

We closed $30M in volume in 2020. Our team takes pride in providing a high level of service which has been instrumental in growing the referral base, online presence, and the team. We want to be proud of the work we do and want the ability to choose our clients. We typically have 15-25 listings at a time and 10-20 buyers in the active pipeline. Looking to grow that further. Evan is also an active investor in real estate with investments in private lending, building/flipping, and joint ventures. Looking to continue developing that side of the business.


Team currently has 1 buyer's agent, 1 licensed assistant, and 1 unlicensed team assistant.
