This position is responsible for recruiting, training, consulting, and retaining the highest quality real estate agents in the marketplace. The right candidate for this position works one-on-one with talented agents to develop business plans, evaluate strategies and assure implementation of both. This person takes the guesswork out of success for agents and prescriptively shares the KW systems, tools, and models with their agents. This person protects and plusses an abundant, inclusive, and productive workplace environment. Most importantly, this person meets every agent where they are- sees the possibilities in them - and makes sure that their partnership with that agent is the path for that agent to achieve their goals.
