The Office Manager is the master of systems; consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that create opportunity and ensure the quality and consistency of the day-to-day operations of the team.

As a key leader, the Office Manager is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems and is seen throughout the organization as an expert on technology and efficiency. Some of the duties will include:

  • HR duties and administrative staff management
  • Reviewing monthly financials with the Leadership Group
  • Oversee the annual marketing schedule, coordinate events, and search out new systems and opportunities for client engagement
  • Assist in the productivity of the team
  • Maintaining office technology
  • Providing the tools and assistance to maintain a high level of agent retention
