We’re looking for a real estate office manager to streamline our day-to-day procedures and help develop our administrative staff. Responsibilities include creating new MLS listings, helping transaction coordinators with contracts, and updating the office calendar. You’ll also make sure the office is stocked with supplies and ensure we’re adhering to our monthly budget. Responsibilities
  • Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
  • Supervise administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed
  • Update MLS listings online and work with marketing to produce appropriate social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials
  • Record all office expenses and invoices, complete basic bookkeeping tasks, and keep up with the monthly budget
  • Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies when necessary

  • Guide agents through joining/transitioning to the firm
  • Process and explain paperwork Including policies and contractor agreements
  • Introduce agents to other staff members, provide a tour of physical office and online workspaces; ensure agents have clarity on who, what, where and when for all things office-related
  • Help marketing department create attractive informational “handouts” to be delivered either as hard copy or electronic copy to new and potential agents
  • Set up a regular communication system to check in with the agents
  • Schedule check in to ensure systems are running for agent
  • Change Facebook/social media channels

  • Sign up or change zipforms/bookmark
  • Rmls Change
  • Association change
  • Login in CB desk walk around useful Tools
  • Get Education calendar/highlight helpful classes

Qualifications
  • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred
  • Real estate license not required, but knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills

Compensation
$30,000 - $35,000 yearly DOE
