As a Real Estate Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring, recruiting and providing training for our sales force and office staff. The ideal candidate is energized at the idea of managing people to reach their full potential and receives satisfaction helping the team reach their goals.

In this key role, you will be working closely with the principal Team leaders in organizing and running the real estate team. Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce operational costs and improve efficiencies as well providing leadership, guidance and support for the staff are also important functions. Our new Real Estate Office Manager will be a strong leader who is detail oriented, communicates effectively and has an inspirational style.

Dealing with people, you are skilled at coaching and have leadership from the front style. As the Real Estate Office Manager you will also run the day-to-day operations of the team. If you are detail oriented, skilled at implementing systems and enhancing the infrastructure of an organization we want to hear from you. We are looking for a leader who have a track record of building high performance teams.

Responsibilities
  • Your number one responsibility will be to maintain and implement systems for running the team with a goal of providing an awesome client experience, creating efficiency and achieving our revenue/sales goals.
  • Manage a team of 4 real estate agents and growing the team to 10+ team members within a 3 month time frame. 
  • Provide all of the administrative and human resource aspects for the team.
  • Helping train and maintain process to existing and new team members.
  • Coordinating team meetings and retreats.
  • Running errands onsite and off site. 
  • Manage Team Leaders schedule and travel.
  • Handle day to day personal and business tasks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience running a Real Estate office or team with an emphasis on transaction management, MLS Systems, real estate specific customer relations management systems and marketing systems 
  • Excellent leadership customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to hire, train and motivate staff
  • Strong leadership qualities; resourcefulness and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with sales associates, administrative staff, clients, and the public
  • Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress and more
  • Run meetings both on-site and off-site
  • Ability to work a minimum 40 hours a week Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with the possibility of some nights and weekends
  • Position requires a valid drivers license and daily access to reliable transportation with adequate insurance
  • Active New Jersey Real Estate license a plus 


Compensation
$48,850 + bonus opportunity
