Provident Real Estate is looking for a full time listing manager for our Eastvale, CA office.  Candidates must have exceptional customer service skills, be friendly, organized and able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment; real estate experience preferable but not required. We are looking for a resourceful self-starter who will do what it takes to get the job done efficiently and timely with a great attitude.

This person shares our mission to help and support our growth and run an efficient and pleasant environment towards reaching our objectives and supporting management and high producing team of agents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate.  The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

  • Support Operations and Sales Management with daily tasks to support office
  • Confirm and set appointments for Management
  • Train real estate agents in company's tools and platBuild, implement and manage all systems for database management and back office support
  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities
  • Maintain google calendar schedules for the team
  • General administrative support to management and agents
  • Assist in daily office needs
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Create, maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system
  • Keep agent informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers
  • Work with all preferred vendors with follow up of company activities and events. 
  • Enter critical dates for property sales on shared Google Calendar
  • Shall send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates via email
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Creative, learning based and solution oriented
  • Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Open to creating systems and offer ideas for better organization
  • Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations
