We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team player who wants to be part of a growing, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and responsive to our agents and loves motivating and encouraging others to do their best work. You wear many hats in this position so a great attitude and flexibility are key with attention to detail. Must have some bookkeeping experience or like numbers and the ability to work at a quick pace with a positive attitude. You wear many hats in this position with lots of variety in the position. You will also assist with Career Nights and agent engagement.

Location: West Seattle

Compensation: $50,000 + bonus + 401K + medical benefits


  • Assist with the daily operations of our real estate office
  • Process commission requests accurately and timely with attention to detail
  • Accounting services including accounts receivable, update Google spreadsheets with financial data
  • Assist with setting recruiting appointments
  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Post on social media and help market upcoming training using Canva
  • Adapts to technology platforms easily
  • Accountable to deadlines with a "whatever it takes" attitude
  • Help coordinate events and social activities with a high level of agent engagement


  • Display strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accountability to deadlines
  • Experience with Excel, Google Spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office
  • Database management and accounting software are a plus
  • Canva and social media skills helpful
  • 4 years of experience including customer service
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. with college experience

$50,000 yearly + bonus
