The Real Estate Team Coordinator reports directly to the owner and is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running and management of the team, escrows, and client relations. Duties include managing phone and e-mail communications, preparing client materials, oversight of routine updates to websites, routine daily activities and projects, managing the team calendar and social media, as well as partner management.

Real estate industry experience and a CA real estate sales license are required. This position is available for immediate start. If this sounds like you< then let's chat!


Our ideal Real Estate Office Coordinator candidate will have experience and a record of success in a similar role focusing on transaction assistance and general office support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Listing Support (Listing to Contract)
  • Transaction Support (Contract to Closing)
  • Marketing and Database Support
  • Administrative Support


  • Experience in Real Estate or Transaction Coordination
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur 
  • Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently 
  • Management ability with team members, clients, and vendors
  • Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with broker associates, clients, and the public
  • Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Instagram, CRM
  • Comfort with coordinating multiple projects and initiatives all while maintaining accuracy
  • Some flexibility to work schedule, but must be able to work Monday through Friday
  • A valid CA Real Estate License is required for this job
