We’re looking for a driven and dedicated part-time real estate executive assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to work with the Broker to manage the production of marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of marketing, familiar with creating posts through Canva and working across all social media platforms. Responsibilities
  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager

  • Familar with creating content through Canva
  • Familar with posting throughout all social media platforms

Compensation
$13 - $15 hourly
