Keller Williams is looking for a talented Agent Services/Office Assistant to act as the point of contact for agents. We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter who is willing to take charge and requires minimal supervision. The ideal Director of First Impressions candidate is a bright and energetic team player who is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and takes ownership of his or her work. We are a tech-driven company and must be able to embrace and understand the tech tools provided. The ideal candidate would possess a positive attitude, great communication, and verbal skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. This position serves a crucial role in our office and we are looking for the right talented individual.

The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial experience. An ability to learn technology platforms easily and demonstrate them to others is a plus. Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in others and meeting their needs. Must be a self-starter, demonstrate initiative and be a flexible team player. They must have a sense of urgency with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be motivated, energized, and excited about working with a dynamic group of real estate sales professionals. The right person will be passionate about being part of a team and serving our agents at the highest level.

Responsibilities

Areas of Focus:

  • Oversee and implement social media and marketing
  • Assist and guide agents in the first 90 days with our office
  • Onboarding new agents
  • Manage day to day front office operations
  • Answers phone and manage email
  • Develop and manage systems, checklists, and procedures
  • Software proficiency such as Canva, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and ability to learn industry programs
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Social Media Skills
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations for Team Meetings

Compensation
$15.50 - $16.50 hourly
