We are seeking an organized professional who can streamline all efforts of our real estate team for increased productivity. We need someone dedicated to supporting company growth by creating an environment of responsiveness and caring for our team, clients, business associates, and community. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and an exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Proficiency at quick typing required. Experience using the MLS is helpful. This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others, and shares our belief that people come first.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
  • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
Qualifications
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
